BGT Jobs & Training Ballarat is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1986. Their mission is to support people accessing employment, training and community service programs. BGT Jobs & Training (Ballarat)​ help people reach their full potential, whilst providing employers with skilled staff.

BGT specialise in apprenticeships, traineeships and training (including short courses) aimed at helping individuals secure employment and gain valuable practical experience.
