The health and wellbeing of our tenants and visitors is of utmost importance. BGT Jobs & Training (Ballarat) have a dedicated WHS & Compliance team who ensure we are not only meeting all of our required standards and regulations for safety, but that where possible, we do better and become leaders in providing a safe and accessible space for all members of the community.
We have an online reporting tool where you can report any concerns, hazards, near misses or incidents that occur. These reports are sent to our CEO and General Manager, who liaise with the WHS & Compliance team to address issues in a timely manner. Reports provide us with valuable insight and information that informs our continued improvement and focus on safety.
